Each 24-hour period from drop-off counts as one day at $55. For example, dropping off at 3pm and picking up at 3pm the next day is one day. Any extra time beyond a full day is charged at $5 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. You're never rounded up to a full day; you pay for the time you book.
Feeding (using the food you provide), walks, playtime, companionship, a comfortable sleeping area, and regular updates with photos. Every dog is treated like part of the household.
The first pet pays full price, and each additional pet gets 20% off both the daily rate and any extra hours. For example, one pet for one day is $55, a second pet is $44, so two pets for one day come to $99.
Yes. If the stay includes a holiday, a 5% holiday fee is added on top of the total for the stay (after any multi-pet discount). For example, a $200 stay over a holiday comes to $210. Turn on "Holiday Stay" in the calculator to include it in your estimate.
Your pet's food, any medications, a favorite toy or blanket, and written care instructions including your vet's details. Anything specific to your pet's routine is worth mentioning at drop-off.
